Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12 VDC up to 220 VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are offered in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are specified at 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, with a baseline pressure requirement of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
