Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders and components, offered in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC. These valves come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves feature port sizes of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, and flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are designed to operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, with 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed of durable NBR, allowing operation within temperatures of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is crafted from chemical nickel plated steel.
