Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves are designed to provide high-quality control solutions for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC, and they come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates for 1/8" ports reach 740 NL/min, while 1/4" ports offer 1200 NL/min, and 1/2" ports provide 5000 NL/min. All valves operate at up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed of durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is crafted from chemical nickel-plated steel.
