Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. Offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC, these external pilot valves are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, delivering flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for actuating monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is composed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel-plated steel.
