Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC, and are provided in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option featuring closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. The valves operate up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. Durable NBR seals enable operation within the temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
