Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These external pilot valves are available in all common voltages from 12 VDC to 220 VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes are available in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The durable NBR seals enable operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
