Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are supplied in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. The flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8-inch ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4-inch ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2-inch ports. All valves are designed to operate up to 145 PSI working pressure, with a baseline pressure requirement of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed of durable NBR, allowing the valves to function within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body of the valves is made from anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is crafted from chemical nickel plated steel.
