Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12 VDC up to 220 VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are provided in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, with 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation in a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is composed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
