Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves offer a robust control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and can be purchased in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Various action types are available, including 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes are available in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. These valves are designed to operate from vacuum up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, with 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, allowing for operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is crafted from chemical nickel plated steel.
