Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These external pilot valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option featuring closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes come in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves can operate from vacuum up to a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel-plated steel.
