Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes come in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates measuring 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4". All valves function from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The durable NBR seals enable operation between 14 - 140 degrees F, while the body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool features chemical nickel plated steel.
