Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The series includes options for all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and is available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads. The flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. These valves can operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are composed of durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
