Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and are conveniently packaged to include the valve, solenoid, and connector. They offer various actions including 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves have port sizes of 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. They operate under a vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for actuating monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The body of the valves is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
