Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 options provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. Operating from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, these valves require 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. They feature durable NBR seals that allow operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel-plated steel.
