Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These external pilot valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC, and are included in convenient combo packages that feature the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8 NPT and 1/4 NPT as well as BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The durable NBR seals allow the valves to operate within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
