Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves are designed to provide a dependable control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all standard voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves come with port sizes of 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, delivering flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. They operate efficiently from vacuum up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for actuating monostable valves. The seals, made from durable NBR, enable operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
