Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. Offered in all common voltages from 12 VDC up to 220 VAC, these external pilot valves come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing the valves to function within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
