Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are compatible with all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves feature port sizes of 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. They can operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are crafted from durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel-plated steel.
