Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with options for closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. These valves operate from vacuum up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool features chemical nickel plated steel.
