Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves offer a robust control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. Durable NBR seals enable operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool features chemical nickel plated steel.
