Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are offered in various voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are provided in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves can operate within a working pressure range from vacuum up to 145 PSI, with 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI needed for actuating monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, allowing the valves to function effectively within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel-plated steel.
