Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads. The flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves are capable of operating from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, with a baseline pilot pressure requirement of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool features chemical nickel plated steel.
