Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 version offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves can operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, with 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing for operation between 14 and 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
