Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12 VDC to 220 VAC and come in combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include options for 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves can operate up to 145 PSI working pressure, with a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation between 14 - 140 degrees F, while the body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
