Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC, and they come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 action offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with corresponding flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate up to 145 PSI working pressure, with a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, accommodating operational temperatures between 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is crafted from chemical nickel-plated steel.
