Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide an effective control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are compatible with all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and are available in combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. They feature various action types including 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 available in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are rated at 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. These valves operate effectively at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. They feature durable NBR seals that allow operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F, and the body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel-plated steel.
