Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves are designed for efficient control of pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in a range of voltages from 12 VDC to 220 VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. They feature various action types including 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. The product offers port sizes in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, and provides flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are rated for a working pressure of up to 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable operation and 29 PSI for monostable actuation. The durable NBR seals allow for operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
