Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves are designed for precise control in pneumatic applications, serving a range of cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are compatible with all common voltages from 12 VDC to 220 VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 configuration offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes come in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are rated to operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. Constructed with durable NBR seals, these valves can function effectively within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool features a chemical nickel-plated steel composition.
