Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves deliver a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations, available in all common voltages from 12 VDC up to 220 VAC. The valves are offered in combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Action options include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are provided in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are designed to operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing for operation in temperatures ranging from 14 to 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
