The 15" HT - Composite Safety Toe (CST) is designed to meet ASTM F2413 M/I/C standards for safety toe caps, ensuring protection and reliability. It features injection molded construction for 100% liquidproof protection and a soft, flexible upper material that provides all-day working comfort. The calf relief expansion (CRE) allows for an increase of up to 1.5 inches for enhanced calf comfort, while a cutline at 12" facilitates fast and clean height modification. The Chevron Plus® treads are engineered for excellent slip resistance on wet contaminated surfaces, incorporating more cleat material than standard Chevron designs to extend service life. The long-lasting outsole offers good abrasion and chemical resistance while remaining soft for exceptional slip resistance and walking comfort. A beveled heel is included to reduce back and leg strain, and tread wear indicators (TWI) are present in the outsole on the forefoot and heel to signal when half the tread has worn away. Additionally, the removable insole features contour cushioning that absorbs moisture and shock, providing outstanding comfort.
