The Rotante with a round top features a dome interior chamber and is insulated with 9" thick refractory brick, allowing it to cook a pizza in just 90 seconds due to the excellent heat retention of the brick. The oven provides the flexibility to choose the left or right side for the burner and offers various tile options. Equipped with a control board that includes multiple saved program options, the oven allows for precise control over time, temperature, and speed of the deck for each program. This model is hand built to perfection and comes with a 1-year warranty on site parts and labor.
