The Rotante oven with a flat top features a dome interior chamber and is insulated with 9" thick refractory brick, allowing it to cook a pizza in just 90 seconds due to its excellent heat retention. Customers can select whether they prefer the burner on the left or right side, with various tile options also available. This model includes a control board equipped with multiple saved program options to manage the time, temperature, and speed of the deck, providing precise cooking control. Each oven is hand built to perfection and comes with a 1-year warranty covering on-site parts and labor.
