Elkhart Plastics, Inc.'s Tuff Stack™ intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) are manufactured in America and uniquely designed to enhance the safety and performance of transporting, storing, and dispensing liquid materials. These IBC tanks are UN/DOT certified and labeled as UN31H2/Y containers suitable for hazardous and non-hazardous materials, and are available in sizes of 120, 220, 275, and 330 gallons. Constructed from FDA-approved, HDPE virgin materials, the Tuff Stack™ IBCs include a 6" fill cap, two 2" accessory fittings with EPDM gaskets, a 2" bottom drain ball valve, molded-in volume markers, and provide 4-way forklift and two-way pallet jack access. They feature a 6" screw cap with a 2" NPS P/V vent, additional EPDM gaskets, (2) 2" NPS adapters with 2" bung plugs, and a 2" PP Tuff Linq ball valve with an integrated male cam-lock and a 2" locking dust cap with an EPDM O-ring gasket. These containers are designed to be stackable two to three high and inter-stackable with other IBCs, and comply with UN31H2 - PG II and CFR 49 regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the end user or shipper to ensure chemical compatibility with the IBC container for their specific products.
