Elkhart Plastics, Inc.'s Tuff Stack™ intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) are manufactured in America and designed for safe and efficient transporting, storing, and dispensing of liquid materials. These UN/DOT certified and labeled UN31H2/Y containers are suitable for hazardous and non-hazardous materials and come in 120, 220, 275, and 330 gallon sizes. Made from FDA approved HDPE virgin materials, the IBC tanks feature a 6" screw fill cap with 2" NPS pressure/vacuum vent and EPDM gasket, two 2" NPS accessory fittings with bung plugs and EPDM gaskets, a 2" polypropylene Tuff Linq ball valve with integrated male cam-lock, 2" locking dust cap, and EPDM O-ring gasket. They include molded-in volume markers, 4-way forklift access, 2-way pallet jack access, and the ability to stack two to three high as well as inter-stack with other IBCs. These IBCs conform to UN31H2 - PG II and CFR 49 regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the end user or shipper to confirm chemical compatibility with the container used. The tanks are made in the USA.
