Elkhart Plastics, Inc.'s Tuff Stack™ intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) are manufactured in America and uniquely designed to improve the safety and performance of transporting, storing, and dispensing liquid materials. The Tuff Stack™ IBC tanks are UN/DOT certified and labeled as UN31H2/Y containers for the transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. The IBC tote tanks are offered in 120, 220, 275, and 330 gallon tank sizes. They are manufactured using FDA approved, HDPE virgin materials and include a 6" fill cap, (2) 2" accessory fittings, EPDM gaskets, a 2" bottom drain ball valve, molded-in volume markers, and provide 4-way forklift and two-way pallet jack access. The features consist of a 6" screw cap with 2" NPS P/V vent, an EPDM gasket, (2) 2" NPS adapters with 2" bung plugs, another EPDM gasket, a 2" PP Tuff Linq ball valve with integrated male cam-lock and 2" locking dust cap, an EPDM O-ring gasket, and they are stackable 2 to 3 high and inter-stackable with other IBCs. The IBCs comply with UN31H2 - PG II and CFR 49 regulations, ensuring reliable performance for various liquid materials.
