The CM Series 653 lever operated hoist features a short handle and minimal lever pull effort combined with high quality, rugged steel for close quarter pulling, stretching, and hoisting applications, making it ideal for a wide array of uses in construction, industrial, and plant operations. This lever hoist includes an impact-resistant, stamped steel frame, gear case, and cover for durability and light weight, along with a powder-coated finish for added corrosion protection. It is equipped with hardened steel load sharing gears, a double pawl arrangement for assured load control, and two chain guide rollers for positive chain engagement. A Weston-type braking system ensures positive load control and positioning, while simple one-handed, free chaining allows for fast load attachment. The hoist also features a hardened steel chain for strength and long wear life, and forged upper and lower hooks with heavy cast steel latches.
