The CM Series 653 lever operated hoist is designed for close quarter pulling, stretching, and hoisting applications, ideal for construction, industrial, and plant operations. Constructed from impact resistant, stamped steel, the hoist features a durable and lightweight frame, gear case, and cover, along with a powder coated finish providing added corrosion protection. It incorporates hardened steel load sharing gears and a double pawl arrangement that ensures assured load control. The two chain guide rollers facilitate positive chain engagement, while the Weston-type braking system offers positive load control and positioning. Additionally, the hoist allows for simple one-handed, free chaining to enable fast load attachment. The hardened steel chain is designed for strength and longevity, complemented by forged upper and lower hooks with heavy cast steel latches. The hoist is metric rated and meets ASME B30.21 as well as European CE standards. It comes with a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
