The EZ2® base is constructed from 13 gauge steel and features 13 gauge steel formed U-channel reinforcements, which have a cross section measuring 4" wide by 3-1/2" deep, running the full length and width of the base. To enhance strength and rigidity, each corner is equipped with a welded steel 11 gauge gusset. The base mechanism allows for 90° indexing of the rotary file cabinet. Each EZ2® unit includes (4) upright posts paired with dual durometer PVC closing strips. Please note that the cabinet base is sold separately, while shelving and drawers are also available but must be purchased individually.
