The Tin (Titanium Nitride)-tipped drills enhance lubricity and heat resistance, providing the same benefits of Tin (Titanium Nitride) coating at a reduced cost. These drills are manufactured from cobalt high-speed steel and feature a 135° split point that prevents walking, resulting in a better quality hole; however, sizes smaller than 1/16" do not have a split point. They are designed for drilling into various materials including steel, cast steel, alloyed and non-alloyed steel, grey cast iron, graphite, and malleable cast iron. The kit includes a pack of 12 drills and comes with a 30-day warranty.
