The APC Basic Rack PDU features an input voltage of 100V to 120V and is equipped with NEMA 5-20P input connections along with a cord length of 12 feet (3.66 meters). It outputs at 120V and includes NEMA 5-20R output connections. The kit comes with an installation guide and rack mounting brackets. This Rack PDU supports both vertical and horizontal mounting capabilities, making it rack-mountable with options for horizontal, vertical, and toolless mounting. It effectively places power where it is most needed, directly in the racks near equipment. Designed for a single input power source, it supplies power from one branch whip to multiple pieces of equipment, which simplifies installation and reduces costs. The product family offers a wide range of input and output connections, allowing the distribution of 120V, 208V, or 230V power to multiple outlets, catering to varying power requirements. Additionally, APC provides units that can deliver up to 14.4kW using a single branch whip, all while maintaining a low-cost power distribution solution with multiple outlets to power rack equipment efficiently.
