The double-edged nut splitter models are designed to exert twice the normal splitting force on irretrievable nuts in quality classes 5, 6, and 8, allowing for a single operation through a double cutting action. This tool enables splitting nuts without damaging the threaded bolt, while the nut splitters band provides additional support during the chisel's retraction. The kit includes a hardened chisel with two cutting edges and a numbering system for a time-saving order process. The chisel can be gently turned in the opposite direction by pulling back, but it is important to replace blunt, pitted, or broken chisels immediately as they are considered wearing parts.
