The pulling device is designed for use with Series 15 and 17 separators and can be combined with the Series 18-0-AS screw adapter for the removal of parts with threaded holes. It features a mechanical pressure screw and a milled thread treated with a special coating. When removing multiple parts, a step-by-step process must be followed, and several parts should not be removed simultaneously. The separator blades' support surfaces must always sit fully beneath the part being removed. It is important to avoid using any electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills during operation, and the use of a protective blanket and protective goggles is required. The device has a maximum load capacity of 15t, a side screw distance of 120 - 380mm, a depth of side screw ranging from 134 - 350mm, and a hexagon drive (male) measuring 36mm. Additionally, it can handle a maximum torque of 450Nm, with a thread size of G 5/8", and a side screw distance of 4 3/4 - 15".
