The nut splitter kit is designed for splitting tight or over-twisted nuts without damaging the bolt thread of quality grades 6. The kit includes a nut splitter band that provides additional support when turning the chisel back, along with a very sharp cutting facet cut. The hardened chisel cutting edge ensures effective performance, and the chisel is available as a replacement part, which can be easily ordered through a convenient numbering system. Users are advised to gently turn the chisel in the opposite direction by pulling back, as the splitting chisels of the nut splitters are considered wearing parts and must be replaced if they become blunt, pitted, or broken. It is important to note that the use of electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills is prohibited, and protective equipment such as a blanket and goggles is required during use. The kit's dimensions include a length without spindle of 58mm, accommodating nut sizes ranging from M2 to M6 and hexagon drive (male) of 14mm, with additional compatibility for nut sizes from 4mm to 10mm.
