Product Details
The kit for removing bearings, gears, discs, and similar components includes a manual adjustment knurl that allows for rapid loosening and adjusting of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without the need for a wrench. It can be installed on various pulling hooks and offers variable reach due to jaw extensions, enabling the pulling hooks to be utilized both internally and externally for asymmetric workpieces. The spindle head band is designed to prevent the wrench from slipping off, and the cross-beam features a hexagonal profile for enhanced grip. Nearly all components are available as replacement parts, facilitated by a time-saving numbering system. The hydraulic spindle Series 8-0 is suited for particularly tight parts and is available from a specific puller size, while the auxiliary hydraulic ram Series 9 can also be utilized for tight parts from a particular puller size. For hollow shafts where the spindle cannot be supported, pressure pads from Series 600-17 are recommended as an addition. Stability support can be provided by an optional Series 219 clamp. The standard pulling hook has quick adjusting capability and allows for parallel pulling hooks in every position, including under full load. The pulling hooks provide infinitely variable adjustment on the cross-beam, with optimal spindle adjustment to the shaft achieved through a two-sided spindle tip (ball and tip) and a mechanical pressure screw. The milled thread is treated with a special coating, and the two-arm design ensures space-saving operation. It is important that the pulling hooks' sliding parts sit stably and fully on the cross-beam, and a step-by-step process should be followed when removing multiple parts. The support surfaces of the pulling hooks must be straight and completely beneath the part to be removed. Electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills are not permitted for use, and protective gear including a protective blanket and goggles is required.
