The kit is designed for the removal of bearings, gears, discs, and other components, featuring a manual adjustment knurl that allows for rapid loosening and adjusting of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without the need for a wrench. It can be installed on various pulling hooks, with variable reach enabled by jaw extensions. The turning pulling hooks allow for both internal and external use, making it suitable for asymmetric workpieces. The spindle head band prevents the wrench from slipping off, and the cross-beam with a hexagonal profile ensures a good grip. Almost all components are available as replacement parts, and a time-saving order process is facilitated by a numbering system. The hydraulic spindle series 8-0 is included for particularly tight parts, initiating from a specific puller size. An auxiliary hydraulic ram series 9 is also available for tight parts, applicable from a particular puller size. Additional pressure pads from series 600-17 may enhance functionality when dealing with hollow shafts, while stability support can be provided by the optional series 219 clamp. The standard pulling hook features quick adjusting capability, and the parallel pulling hooks can be adjusted infinitely on the cross-beam, ensuring optimal spindle adjustment to the shaft with a two-sided spindle tip (ball and tip). A mechanical pressure screw and milled thread treated with a special coating are included. The two-arm design allows for space-saving operation, and it is crucial to ensure that the pulling hooks' sliding parts are stable and fully seated on the cross-beam. It is recommended to follow a step-by-step process when removing multiple parts, ensuring that the pulling hooks' support surfaces are straight and positioned correctly beneath the components. Electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers and hammer drills should not be used, and protective gear such as a protective blanket and goggles is required.
