Product Details
The kit for removing bearings, gears, discs, etc., includes a manual adjustment knurl for rapid loosening and adjusting of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without the need for a wrench. It features the capability to be installed on various pulling hooks and offers variable reach through jaw extensions. The design allows the pulling hooks to be utilized for both internal and external applications, making it suitable for pulling asymmetric workpieces. The spindle head band prevents wrench slippage, while the cross-beam has a hexagonal profile for improved grip. Most components are available as replacement parts, and a time-saving order process is facilitated through a numbering system. Additionally, it includes a hydraulic spindle series 8-0 for particularly tight parts, suitable from a specified puller size, and an auxiliary hydraulic ram series 9 for the same purpose. Optional pressure pads from series 600-17 can enhance functionality for hollow shafts where the spindle cannot be supported, with stability support available from the optional series 219 clamp. The standard pulling hook features quick adjusting capability along with parallel pulling hooks that maintain functionality even under full load. The pulling hooks allow for infinitely variable adjustment on the cross-beam and optimal adjustment of the spindle to the shaft with a two-sided spindle tip (ball and tip). It also includes a mechanical pressure screw, a milled thread treated with a special coating, and a two-arm design for space-saving operation. It is crucial that the pulling hooks' sliding parts sit stably and fully on the cross-beam, and a step-by-step process should be followed when removing multiple parts. Care should be taken to ensure the pulling hooks' support surfaces are straight and fully beneath the part being removed. It is advised against using electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills during operation, and the use of a protective blanket and goggles is required for safety.
