This kit is designed for the removal of bearings, gears, discs, and other components in tight or difficult-to-access spaces. It includes thin pulling hooks suitable for narrow locations, and features a manual adjustment knurl for rapid loosening and adjusting of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without the need for a wrench. The system can be installed on various pulling hooks and allows for a variable reach thanks to jaw extensions. The design supports both internal and external use, making it suitable for pulling asymmetric workpieces. The spindle head band prevents slippage, while the cross-beam has a hexagonal profile for a secure grip. Most components are available as replacement parts, featuring a time-saving order process through a numbering system. Additional accessories include pressure pads from series 600-17, which are beneficial for hollow shafts when the spindle cannot be supported, and stability support from the optional series 219 clamp. The pulling hooks offer quick adjusting capability and can maintain parallel alignment even under full load. The system also boasts infinitely variable adjustment on the cross-beam, optimal spindle adjustment to the shaft with a 2-sided spindle tip (ball and tip), and a mechanical pressure screw with a milled thread treated with a special coating. The two-arm design allows for space-saving operation, and the pulling hooks' sliding parts must always sit stably and fully on the cross-beam. It is important to follow a step-by-step process when removing multiple parts, ensuring that the support surfaces are straight and positioned directly beneath the components being removed. The use of electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills is prohibited. Safety measures include the required use of a protective blanket and protective goggles. The kit has a maximum load capacity of 2.5 tons, a hexagon drive (male) measuring 17 mm, and a spread range of 30 - 120 mm.
