The kit is designed for removing bearings, gears, discs, and similar components from tight or difficult-to-access spaces. It includes thin pulling hooks that are suitable for use in narrow locations, featuring a manual adjustment knurl for rapid loosening and adjusting of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without the need for a wrench. The system can be installed on various pulling hooks and offers variable reach due to jaw extensions. The design allows for the turning of pulling hooks, making them usable both internally and externally, and is particularly effective for pulling asymmetric workpieces. The spindle head band prevents tool slippage, while the cross-beam features a hexagonal profile for enhanced grip. Most components are available as replacement parts, facilitated by a time-saving order process supported by a numbering system. The depth of the tool measures 200mm, with a maximum torque of 250Nm and a maximum load capacity of 9t. The space requirement next to it is 2 1/16 inches. Optional accessories include pressure pads from series 600-17 for hollow shafts and a stability support clamp from series 219. Proper usage includes ensuring that pulling hook sliding parts are stable and fully seated on the cross-beam, following a step-by-step removal process for multiple parts, and using protective gear such as a blanket and goggles.
