Product Details
The kit is designed for removing bearings, gears, discs, and other components from tight or difficult-to-access spaces, featuring thin pulling hooks that are suitable for these narrow locations. It includes a manual adjustment knurl for rapid loosening and adjusting of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without the need for a wrench, and allows for installation on various pulling hooks with variable reach provided by jaw extensions. The pulling hooks can be utilized both internally and externally, making them suitable for asymmetric workpieces. The spindle head band prevents the wrench from slipping off, and the cross-beam has a hexagonal profile for enhanced grip. Almost all components are available as replacement parts and come with a time-saving order process facilitated by a numbering system. For hollow shafts that cannot be supported, pressure pads from series 600-17 are recommended, and an optional series 219 clamp provides additional stability support. The design features a quick adjusting capability, enabling parallel pulling hooks to operate efficiently, even under full load, with infinitely variable adjustment on the cross-beam. The spindle is optimally adjusted to the shaft using a two-sided spindle tip (ball and tip) and is driven by a mechanical pressure screw. The milled thread is treated with a special coating for durability, and the two-arm design allows for space-saving operation. It is essential that the pulling hooks' sliding parts are stable and fully seated on the cross-beam, and removal of multiple parts should be performed in a step-by-step manner to ensure safety. The maximum torque specifications are 250 Nm for spread used internal (metric) measurements, and the equipment must be operated with caution, utilizing protective gear such as a blanket and goggles. The dimensions for spread used internal range from 7 1/8" to 17 3/8".
