The kit is designed for removing ball bearings, roller bearings, inner races, and other tight parts when there is insufficient space to use pulling hooks. It provides ultimate stability during removal, as the separator and pulling device are securely screwed together. Almost all components are available as replacement parts, and a time-saving order process is facilitated by a numbering system. The sharp blades allow for the removal of flush parts where pulling jaws cannot be utilized, while the wedge-shaped separator jaws are positioned securely beneath the component for effective extraction. The large supporting surfaces protect the parts being removed, and it is intended for use with Series 18. The separator blades must fully sit beneath the part to be removed, and it is advised to follow a step-by-step process when removing multiple parts; removing several parts simultaneously is not recommended. Users should avoid employing electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills, and protective equipment, including a protective blanket and goggles, is required. The kit's specifications include a depth of 300mm, a shaft diameter range of 25 - 155mm, a side screw distance of 155mm, and a spread range of 25 - 155mm, with a space next to it measuring 6 1/8" (155mm).
